Cho 50g đường và tô lòng đỏ trứng, đánh đều hỗn hợp bằng cây đánh trứng cho đến khi hỗn hợp chuyển màu vàng nhạt thì ngừng. Tiếp đó, đặt nồi nước cốt dừa lên bếp đun nóng(không đun sôi). Sau khi nước cốt dừa sôi thì tắt bếp, đổ nước cốt dừa vào tô trứng và đánh cho hỗn hợp hòa tan hoàn toàn.

Dừa nạo cho vào chảo rang với lửa nhỏ trong vài phút cho đến khi dừa chuyển màu vàng nâu thì bạn cho nó vào tô hỗn hợp cùng với 1 muỗng cà phê nước vani, dùng cây đánh trứng khuấy đều hỗn hợp.
Tiếp theo, bạn cho 250ml kem whipping vào máy xay sinh tố, xay cho tới khi kem bông lên. Sau đó bạn cho hỗn hợp nước cốt dừa (đã nguội) bên trên vào, tiếp tục xay tới khi hòa quyện.
Bước sau cùng bạn cho hỗn hợp kem ra hủ đựng và cho vào tủ lạnh để khoảng 6 tiếng thì lấy kem ra ngoài. Dùng muỗng lấy kem múc từng viên kem cho ra đĩa là có thể măm măm rồi nhé!
