Cà rốt, dưa leo bào sợi nhỏ. Bắp cải cũng thái sợi mỏng. Đậu phộng rang xát vỏ, giã dập.
Cho bún ra đĩa sâu lòng hoặc bát tô, lần lượt xếp giá đỗ, dưa chuột, cà rốt, rau bắp cải xung quanh vành đĩa. Chính giữa xếp tôm và lá rau mùi tươi cho đẹp mắt. Sau cùng mới rắc đậu phộng giã dập.
